This year, more than 300 Junior League leaders gathered in Grapevine, Texas for the 2026 Executive Leadership Conference, representing Leagues from across the United States and as far away as Mexico City and London. Among them were three representatives from the Junior League of Duluth: Melissa LaTour (2026–2027 President), Michelle Hargrave (2026–2027 President-Elect), and Jenna Z. Schmidt (2026–2027 President-Elect, Elect). Together, they joined fellow League leaders to learn, reflect, and plan for the future of our organization.
